2.3 Financial Data

Bank account details (bank name — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP — account number, and account holder name) and e-wallet identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to process deposits and withdrawals. moi4d does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Financial data is tokenized and handled in compliance with applicable payment security standards.

2.4 Transaction Data

Details of every deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, and wagering transaction conducted on your moi4d account, including amounts in IDR, timestamps (WIB, UTC+7), payment method used, game type, and outcome.

2.5 Technical Data

IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, session duration, and geolocation data (country and city level, derived from IP).

2.6 Usage Data

Information about how you interact with the Platform — pages visited, game titles accessed, search queries submitted, links clicked, time spent on each section, and navigation paths through the site.

2.7 Communications Data

Records of all communications between you and moi4d support, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and any feedback or complaint submissions. moi4d retains these records for quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution purposes.

2.8 KYC Verification Documents

Scanned or photographed copies of identity documents (KTP, passport, or equivalent), selfie images submitted for liveness verification, and proof of ownership of the payment method (such as a bank statement header or e-wallet screenshot).

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

moi4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors and banking partners: We share the minimum necessary financial and identity data with our Indonesian banking partners (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) to process deposits and withdrawals. These partners are contractually bound to handle your data securely and exclusively for payment processing purposes.
• KYC and identity verification providers: We share identity documents with certified third-party KYC providers for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and age in compliance with our 21+ policy. These providers are ISO-certified and operate under strict data processing agreements.

7 Data Retention

moi4d retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your active membership and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, to comply with AML record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, wagers): Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction in accordance with financial record-keeping obligations.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of submission or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform's core features.

10 Your Data Rights

As a moi4d member, you hold the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected]. moi4d will respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a valid, verifiable request.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations where legal obligations require moi4d to retain or process data — for example, AML record-keeping requirements override a right-to-erasure request for transaction data within the mandatory retention period.

11 Minors

The moi4d Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. moi4d does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process prior to approval of any withdrawal request.

If moi4d becomes aware, through any means, that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted (subject only to retention obligations required by law), and any associated balance — including winnings — will be forfeited. Any deposit amount will be returned to the originating payment source where technically traceable.
