1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on moi4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. moi4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be the registered holder of any bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your moi4d Account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of moi4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are ineligible to hold an account on moi4d.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the moi4d Platform under the provisions of Clause 11 of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) moi4d Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. moi4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your username and password. You agree to notify moi4d support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing a Member's first withdrawal, moi4d requires submission of valid identity documentation, which may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent document, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used. moi4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by moi4d will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on moi4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). moi4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. moi4d does not charge a deposit fee on any supported payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. moi4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the associated moi4d Account pending investigation.
• moi4d is not responsible for delays in deposit credit caused by the processing times of your bank or e-wallet provider. Bank transfer cut-off times are governed by Indonesian banking regulations and may result in same-day or next-business-day credit.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in the Member's own name that matches the name on the moi4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• moi4d targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for bank transfers during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours and instant settlement for e-wallet withdrawals. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Ramadhan, or where additional verification is required.
• moi4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed in full.
• Any withdrawal request involving Bonus-derived funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before it can be approved. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the Bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

moi4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. moi4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion before the Member opts in.
• Opt-In: Members must actively opt in to each bonus offer. moi4d will not automatically credit bonuses to accounts without the Member's express consent.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements and any associated bonus balance will be forfeited. The expiry period is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: moi4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Seasonal Promotions: moi4d operates enhanced promotional campaigns during major Indonesian cultural and sporting occasions, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season milestones, and international tournaments involving Timnas Indonesia. Specific terms for each campaign will be published on the moi4d platform at the time of the promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules

moi4d offers a range of gaming products including live casino, slot games, sportsbook betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and card games including sakong (a traditional Indonesian card game variant). The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All casino games on moi4d are sourced exclusively from certified studios — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited and certified for fairness.
• The outcome of all games is determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer process. moi4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for each slot title and reflect the theoretical long-run payout rate.
• Sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed. Void bets and settlement rules for each sport and market type are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the moi4d platform.
• moi4d reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event where pre-event odds were accidentally made available, or where the bet was placed using inaccurate odds resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the decision of moi4d's internal review team, informed by the certified game logs and system records, shall be final.
• Togel draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. moi4d does not control or influence draw results. Any discrepancy between the published draw result and the result reflected in a Member's account should be reported to support within 24 hours of the draw.

7 Responsible Gaming

moi4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial position, mental health, or personal relationships, we urge you to use the tools available on the moi4d platform and to seek independent support.

• 21+ Policy: The moi4d platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you must not use the platform. If you become aware that a minor is accessing the platform, contact moi4d support immediately.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion — via their account dashboard or by contacting moi4d support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.
• Session Controls: Members may set session time limits and loss limits to help manage their gaming activity. These controls are available from the account settings panel.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the moi4d platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or mechanical or electronic device to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the Member's account suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker, card games, or any peer-to-peer betting product.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals, or any other financial conduct in violation of applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward moi4d staff or other Members via any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the moi4d platform, its game software, or its underlying technology.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the moi4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of moi4d or is licensed to moi4d by its respective game studio and content partners.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other right or licence is granted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any moi4d content without prior written consent from moi4d. Unauthorized use of moi4d intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moi4d and its affiliates, officers, employees, and technology partners expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its content.

moi4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions or outages to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or widespread Internet infrastructure failures.
• Loss of data, account access, or betting opportunities resulting from technical failures beyond moi4d's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss, gambling-related harm, or personal loss incurred as a result of a Member's use of the Platform. Members gamble at their own risk and in full acknowledgement of the financial risks involved.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers, including delays or rejections of deposit or withdrawal requests.

Where moi4d's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, moi4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

Either party may terminate a Member's moi4d Account at any time:

• By the Member: A Member may close their account at any time by contacting moi4d support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Any remaining balance, after deduction of applicable Bonus funds not meeting Wagering Requirements, will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
• By moi4d: moi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where moi4d reasonably believes the Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8, failed to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, or engaged in activity that poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, moi4d reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the account, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus funds, where such balance is connected to a violation of these Terms & Conditions. moi4d will retain account records for a minimum period required by applicable law and platform compliance obligations.

12 Amendments

moi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Members by posting the updated version at moi4d.onl/terms-conditions. The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly indicated at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the moi4d platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact moi4d support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Material changes — such as those affecting Member financial rights, withdrawal processing, or Bonus terms — will be communicated with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, where operationally practicable.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the moi4d platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied to online gaming operations. moi4d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

By registering an account, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you access and use the moi4d platform entirely at your own legal risk and responsibility. moi4d does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through moi4d's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.
